The number of Covid-19 cases in Cavite has been steadily decreasing, the national government noticed that the province of Cavite had the most relaxed quarantine average from March 1 to 15, 2022. The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) decided that Cavite together with the National Capital
Region(NCR) and Laguna were placed under Alert Level 1. According to the IATF-EID under Alert Level 1, there are no restrictions in terms of indoor and outdoor capacities for business establishments. The residents can execute intrazonal and interzonal travel without restrictions. All activities, establishments, and persons are allowed to operate and work. However, the government still requires everyone to wear masks, observe health standards and present their proof of full vaccination card for election-related activities.
