Recently the cases of Covid-19 cases were rising at a critical level and so the government has decided to once again put some provinces under ECQ.
On March 27, 2021, a memorandum has been released stating that in ECQ will be implemented in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and the National Capital Region and will take effect on 12:01 am of March 29 until end of April 4, 2021.
Even with the ECQ implemented, essential workers would still be allowed to go out and those buying important necessities like food and etc. According to Harry Roque, mass gatherings are that was allowed with restrictions are now prohibited.
