Cavite to organize a tuli drive this pandemic

Tuli on wheels is launched last April 21, 2021 at Cavite in order to give free circumcision to teenage boys amid Coronavirus.

On recent Facebook update of Jonvic Remulla, Cavite’s governor, he emphasizes that circumcision is a public health emergency. With that, he asked all mayors of the province to organize a free “tuli drive.”

This drive should follow anti-COVID guidelines such us social distancing, crowd control, and many more.
